Description

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) intends to negotiate, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 as a Sole Source agreement with the MTA Bridge and Tunnel Area Transit Authority for EZ Pass Electronic Tags. Award will be made utiling the simplified acquisition procedures under FAR Supart 13.5. All interested parties must contact Tony W. Smith (202) 927-7722 by December 8th 2000. Award will be made to MTA Bridge and Tunnel Area Transit Authority if no other offers received. See Number Note 22.
