Description

: The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Gaithersburg, Maryland, 20899, has an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quanity (IDIQ) requirement for subjects to participate in a series of data collection experiments with the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Communicator Program. A detailed Statement of Work (SOW) will be available in the solicitation package. Subsequent task orders will be issued on a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) basis. The period of performance will be one (1) year from the date of contract award, with the option to extend for two (2) additional 1-year periods. All requests for a copy of the solicitation shall be submitted in writing to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) at the above address. The North American Industry Classification Code/NAIC is 54172. All interested offerors are invited to submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency. The RFP packet will be available on or about December 21, 2000.
