Description

SPAWAR Systems Center-Charleston (NCR) task by the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery to convert and enhance the Summarized Medical Analysis Resource Tool (SMART) application. SMART, a client-server application, is currently developed using Comshare Decision Desktop software and the Applix TM1 database. BUMED wants SMART to be Web enabled by using the Comshares DecisionWeb product. It is essential that the contractor have technical experience with OLAP design and products, and expertise with DecisionWeb, AppServer and TM1 plus experience in how to design, develop and implement and application using those products.
