Description

THIS SOLICITATION IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The VA Medical Center, West Palm Beach, Florida intends to issue a contract for the technical support of a Lucent Technologies 5ESS telephone switch. Technical support includes: Spare Exchange Service (SES), repair and return service, software updates and support via phone. Technician's must be Lucent Technology certified to work on equipment. Contract period will be from January 1, 2001 through December 31, 2001, plus two one year renewal options. Solicitations will be issued on or about 12/14/00. Bid opening date is 12/22/00, 2 P.M., EST. All requests for solicitation must be received in writing.
