Description

Provide maintenance of the Logical Automation Direct Digital Control (DDC) Building Automation System at the VA Medical Center, Butler, PA 16001. Work includes, but is not limited to: Providing all labor, equipment, tools and travel to perform monthly maintenance on the system, including all service calls. Contractor is also required to furnish and install upgrade software as released. Contract period is for one base year from date of award with two (2) one year renewal options. NAICS Code is 811219.
