Description

This solicitation is being issued for the preventive, maintenance and repair of (2) Model Series II, Transcription Systems, manufactured by DVI. One system, which includes (15) stations, is located at the VA North Texas Health Care System, located at 4500 S. Lancaster Road, Dallas, Texas, 75216, here-in-after referred to as VANTHCS. The second system, which includes (7) stations, is located at the Sam Rayburn VA Medical Center, 1201 E. 9th Street, Bonham, Tx., 75418. An awarded contract shall be for a basic period to begin on or about 1-1-2001 expiring 9-30-2001 and shall have 2 option periods allowing the Government (VA) the unilateral right to extend the period of the contract by 12 months each period. Industrial classification (NAICS) code is 541513 (size 18 million).
