Description

Provide a full spectrum of emergency cardiology services to the VA Medical Center, West Palm Beach, Florida at contractor's place of business. This solicitation is inclusive of all professional fees, as well as the use of the cardiac catheterization lab and/or operating room along with supplies, recovery room services, cardiovascular perfusion, implantable hardware (stents, valves, etc), central services, per diem room rates for the length of stay specified, pharmacy, clinical laboratory, blood bank, repsiratory therapy, ECG/Cardiographics, radiology, surgical pathology, echocardiography and graphics. Physicians who provides any of the cardiac services outlined in this solicitation must be board certified in this specialty area by an American Board of Medical Specialty. SIC: 8069; NAIC 622110 applies to this solicitation. The issue date for this RFP is on or about December 22,2000. All request for this solicitation must be in writing. The closing date for proposal submission is January 31, 2001 at 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Solicitation is in accordance with FAR Part 12 & 15.
