Description
Amendment No. 1 to RFP 515-16-01,for Interpretation of Holter Tapes at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Battle Creek, Michigan, posted to the CBDNET on November 29, 2000. Solicitation/Synopsis is corrected to add the following information: 1. Add to: Statement of Work: Shipping of Cassettes Tapes: VA will ship cassette tapes to the contractor "overnight" mail at VA's expense. The contractor shall return cassette tapes to VA via "overnight" mail at the contractor's expense. 2. Add to Minimum Requirements: Documentation of proposed technician's qualifications to perform the work specified in the SOW. 3. All other conditions remain the same.
