ADVERTISEMENT REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL RFP #00-032 Private Property Management of Graham Park and Rogall Congregate The St. Petersburg Housing Authority (SPHA), St. Petersburg, Florida, is requesting proposals from qualified, responsible firms interested in providing property management for approximately 500 elderly/disabled/handicapped units at SPHA's Graham Park and Rogall Congregate housing developments, in accordance with the requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). RFP #00-032 document packages will be ready for pick-up on December 15, 2000. A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at the St. Petersburg Housing Authority's Graham Park auditorium located at 305 9th Street South, St. Petersburg, FL, 33705 on January 5, 2001 at 10:00 a.m. Proposals are due by 10:00 a.m. on January 16, 2001.
