Description

This is NOT a presolicitation notice pursuant to FAR Part 5, but is a Market Survey to identify sources that possess the capabilities to manage and operate the environmental program for Robins AFB. This notice does not constitute an Invitation for Bid or Request for Proposal and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government will not reimburse contractors for any cost incurred for their participation in this survey. A brief description and a Contractor Capability Survey are available on the web at http://www.robins.af.mil/smallbusiness/emp.htm The extent of foreign participation or level of security clearance required to receive a solicitation has not yet been determined. Therefore, participation in this survey may not necessarily result in your company being able to participate in the solicitation. Large and small businesses are encouraged to participate in this survey. Joint ventures or teaming arrangements may be advantageous. Information relative to the Small Business Administration Final Rule concerning waiver of the affiliation rule for small business joint venture and teaming arrangements is contained at the above web-site.
