Description

The work consists of providing all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment required to perform pest control services at the Naval Postgraduate School, Presidio of Monterey, Presidio of Monterey Annex (U.S. Army Garrison), and Tenant Facilities and Areas, Monterey, California . The operations to be performed include inspection, identification of visible pest damage, location of potential pest infestation, determination of extent of pest problem, and appropriate pest control treatment. The treatment for the elimination and/or control of all nuisance pests shall be provided. The contractor shall be licensed by the State of California Department of Consumer Affairs in Branch I (fumigation) for drywood termite control, Branch II (general pest) for household pest control, and Branch III (termite) for subterranean termite control. The contractor shall also be licensed by the State of California Department of Pesticide Regulation in Category B (landscape maintenance) for insect, rodent, and foliage pest control. This is a Firm Fixed Price/ Indefinite Quantity Contract. The maximum amount of work to be ordered is $300,000. The contract is for a base year and two (2) -- one year options. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 56172 (7342). The related small business size standard is $5.0 million.
