The Internal Revenue Service plans to award a Purchase Order, on a sole source basis to Key3 Media Events, Inc. (COMDEX) for exhibit space rental at the COMDEX/Chicago 2001 Conference and Trade Show to be held on April 3-5, 2001 in Chicago, Illinois. Key3 Media Events, Inc. (COMDEX) is the only known source available that can provide exhibit space at their annual Chicago Conference and Trade Show.
