- Solicitation for a new construction leased postal facility as a new Main Office in Dublin, NC. Construction of approximately 3,052 net interior square foot building to be built on an USPS controlled site of approximately 43,946 gross square feet of land. The site is described as follows: Vacant site on 3rd Street/NC Highway 410 and extending through to 2nd Street. Between Red and White grocery store and strip mall for a purchase price of $60,000.00. The base lease term is for 20 years with four five-year renewal options.
