Description

This is a solicitation synopsis. Contractor must furnish all materials, equipment, supervision, labor, and other incidental items required for the repair of the existing Facility 15 on the Illinois National Guard Base in Peoria. This building will be occupied by the Air Support Operations Squadron (ASOS) and will function as an Air Control Party Flight Facility. The general outline of work to be performed includes, but is not limited to, repairs to the following building systems: Architectural (Repair/Renovate approx. 265 SF of restrooms, Construct 525 SF of new administrative office space, Repair/Replace interior finishes and Install new acoustical ceiling systems), Mechanical (demolish existing HVAC systems and ductwork and install new HVAC systems and ductwork), Plumbing (replace the hot water heater and associated piping, Repair/Replace plumbing fixtures in two restrooms and gas piping to equipment and provide new connections to sanitary piping for restroom repairs) and Electrical (Demolish conduit, wiring, light fixtures, and devices, Install new lighting systems, electrical receptacles, data/phone devices and all associated wiring and provide electrical service to all repaired/replaced equipment The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 5142. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 233320. Magnitude of construction is from $100,000 to $250,000. Performance period is 150 calendar days.
