Description

The Customs Service is seeking sources to manufacture and install very elaborate decals on approximately 250 government vehicles. The decals must be waterproof, fade resistant, and permanent adhesive. The material can be vinyl film, either die cut or screen print. The design must conform to the government_s conceptual drawings, which will be provided. This is a NATIONWIDE requirement. The vehicles are located at approximately 50 locations throughout the contiguous United States, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. The contractor must have the capability and staffing to travel to each location to install the decals. All work, at the fifty (50) locations, must be completed and accepted no later than September 15, 2001. Interested contractors, who are fully capable of meeting this requirement, must provide the following information: a capability statement and past performance information which must include, but is not limited to: the contract number, name of company, address, phone number, contact person, value of the contract, number of vehicles, the complexity of the decal design and application, and their staffing plan to meet this requirement.
