Description

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport, Newport, Rhode Island intends to award an "M" type Services Purchase Order with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Provisions to 3D Systems, Inc., 26081 Avenue Hall, Valencia, CA 91355, pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) Only One Responsible Source under Federal Acquisition Regulations Parts 12 "Acquisition of Commercial Items" and 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures" (SAP) to obtain Annual Maintenance Services for existing 3D Systems equipment, to include: "CHARTER" Annual Maintenance Software Updates, Workstation/Quickcast Software Updates, two (2) business day response and two (2) Preventative Maintenance Calls per year, Hotline support and replacement Laser, discounted 5% from list price (Model # -- CHARTER 500). ANNUAL MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT, PCA-1/250/3500/500/5000 includes hardware repairs, labor and Hotline Support (Model #MPCA). Award is sole source because the required Sterolithography Maintenance Agreements required by this action are proprietary to 3D Systems, Inc. An oral solicitation will be given. Delivery will be for a period of 12 months. The North American Industry Classification System is 541330, $20 Million. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business.
