First Article Test Report is due 256 DACA. Without First Article delivery is 31 each 268 days after contract award. Quantity: Minimum 31 each, Maximum 111 each. Applicable to the AH-64 Airframe. FOB Origin to Stockton, CA and New Cumberland, PA. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Justification for other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1. This proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government does not have specifications and drawings to permit full and open competition. Approved sources are Enginetics Corporation, Dayton, OH and McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company, Mesa, AZ. The time required for approval of a new supplier is such that award and delivery cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website {HYPERLINK http://www.redstone.army.mil/com/ and look under SAR information. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
