Description

The contractor shall provide and deliver specific amounts of subbase material (pitrun) to the locations specified on the map included in the solicitation package. All locations are within Willard Bay State Park (north area), located in Box Elder County, Utah. A site visit is strongly recommended to ascertain appropriate equipment for hauling, etc. All material shall be delivered between January 15 and March 30, 2001. The Contractor shall be given 14 days notice prior to first delivery. From thenceforth Contractor shall deliver subbase at a rate of no less than 70 tons per hour, 5 days per week, to the location specified until the entire quantity of subbase has been delivered. Subbase material is defined as reasonably well graded sand and gravel pitrun material that passes a 5 inch square mesh sieve with no more than 15% of the material passing the No. 200 mesh sieve.
