Description

Background "This acquisition is to purchase a Hydrogen Fuel Analyzer that shall measure hydrogen in the fuel, brand name or equal the Oxford Instrumentations Process Systems MQA7020 Analyzer. The salient characteristics of the analyzer include Pulsed Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (PNMR) Analysis Method; range 0-15.385% Linear Fit Signal/Mass vs. Hydrogen Content with varying amounts of Dodecane used to give a calibration sample; Calibration (St. error) must be 0.05% (18mm probe) typical; and the Precision: (95% confidence, 2 standard deviations) must be 0.03% at 4.6% (18mm probe) typical.
