Description

The National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK) intends to negotiate with the University of Minnesota Medical School a six-month extension of Contract No. N01-DK-5-2214 to provide for the uninterrupted services of the operation of the Pancreas and Islet Transplant Database program. This requirement is necessary to prevent a lapse in service while the government is in the process of awarding two new competitive procurements. This procurement is divided into two competitive projects, (1) The Pancreas Transplant Registry and (2) The Islet/Beta Cell Transplant Database. Authority: 41 USC 253 (c) (1).
