Description

The Portland District intends to place an order with Bentley Systems, Inc, 685 Stockton Drive, Exton, PA 19341-0678, for comprehensive support and maintenance for Microstation subscription for Base + Four Option Years, beginning January 1 through December 31, 2001. Bentley is the sole source for the Microstation PC-CADD system. Bentley developed the software and maintain the code. Statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition: 10 U.S.C 2304 (c)(1). Firms that recognize and can furnish the required services are encouraged to identify themselves to the Contracting Officer, no later than 15 calendar days from date of publish, which will permit their participation in the current or future solicitations.
