Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included inthis notice, and using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is SP4700-01-Q-2008. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14. This solicitation is unrestricted. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 7372, $14.5M. The Contractor shall provide upgrade and support for: ACUCOBOL GT Development System V5.0 for 20 Developers; ACUCOBOL GT Runtime V3.2 for 900 Users; Acu4GL for Oracle V3.2 for 900 users for the Defense Commissary Agency (DECA)at Ft. Lee, VA. All interested parties may submit proposals to the Contract Specialist. "No telephonic responses will be accepted". The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Offerors will include a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3, Offeror representations and certifications-commercial items, with its offer. Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions, commercial items, applies to this acquisition. Clause 52.212-5, Contract terms and conditions, require to implement statutes or execute orders-commercial items, applies to this solicitation.
