Description

This notice amends Request for Quotation number RFQ-GA-01-00004 by adding the following evaluation criteria which will be used to evaluate responses to the Request for Quotation. Responses to the Request for Quotation will be evaluated against the following factors: 1) Adequacy and completeness of a project Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan; 2) Past experience with image processing with aerial and satellite photographic and digital data; 3) Past experience with supervised and unsupervised classificaiton techniques; 4) Past experience with image retification and geo-referencing, accuracy assessment and ground truthing; 5) Past experience in training personnel. As a result of this solicitation amendment, the date set for the receipt of offeres in response to this Request for Quotation is hereby changed to January 12, 2001.
