Description

The Maintenance and Logistics Command Pacific, Naval Engineering Division intends to contract with Wartsila NSD North America (original manufacturer) to provide long lead time parts for repair of the Controllable Pitch Propeller System during the dry dock availability of the USCGC POLAR STAR (WAGB 10). This solicitation will be issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Solicitation will be issued on or about December 11, 2000 with a proposal closing date of 11 December 2000. Required Delivery Date is 30 April 2001. This is a sole source commercial solicitation.
