Description

The 10th Air Base Wing Contracting Flight, USAF Academy CO., is issuing a Request For Quotation (RFQ) for Cadet pullover jerseys, fully lined. The RFQ number is F05611-01-T-0100. This request is for commercial items and is prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12 and Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation is being issued as 100% set-aside for small businesses. HubZone, 8(a), Small Disadvantaged and woman-Owned businesses are encouraged to provide quotations. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-20. An electronic RFQ is attached to this posting as Attachment 1, and provides more specific details regarding this requirement. Exact specifications regarding the manufacture of the jerseys are also attached. This announcement constitutes the only Request For Quotation. No written RFQ shall be issued. The government intends to award a purchase order for the purchase of these jerseys. The NAICS number is 33992. The size standard is 500 employees. Offers are due by 3:00 MST on 14 December 2000. Quotes must be valid for 30 calendar days after close of solicitation. All attachments used to make up the RFQ will be incorporated at time of award. No telephone requests please.
