Description

Approximately 145 NSNs for AirDry Corp (01496) P/Ns to be added to contract SP0760-99-D7898. Existing Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) is one base year and nine Producer Price Index option years to Airdry (01496). Items are sole source Airdry P/Ns to be shipped to various destinations. Stock, Direct Vendor Delivery (DVD)and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) on a FOB Destination basis except FMS. The Government intends to contract with Airdry Corporation only, but any interested party requiring additional information can contact the contracting officer for complete details. Notes 12 and 26. Specifications, plans, or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains and opition year to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 10 years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
