Description

Single award term contract for the Department of Health & Human Services/CDC located in Atlanta, GA. This contract is for the period of January 1, 2001 and ends June 30, 2001. Quality Level III is required. These specifications cover the production of self- and separate-cover pamphlets requiring such operations as plate-making, printing, binding, affixing labels, mailing and delivery. Page count will range from 8 to 100 pages. Quantity will range from 12,000 to 33,000 copies per order with an average of 13,500 copies per order. Trim size is 5-15/16 x 8-1/2". Print text/insert pages head to head in black ink. Covers will print in a single ink color. Saddle-wire stitch in two places and trim three sides. Deliver to Washington, DC; Laural, MD; and Atlanta, GA. Approximately 1,473 copies will mail f.o.b. contractor's city. Bulk deliveries will be f.o.b. destination. Delivery within 3 to 10 workdays.
