Description

The United States Postal Service seeks proposals to lease existing space, space to be modified or new lease construction in Mooers, Town of Mooers, County of Clinton, and State of New York. The preferred area is as follows: WITHIN THE FORMER VILLAGE LIMITS, WITH A STRONG PREFERENCE GIVEN TO SITES ON ROUTE 11 (MAIN STREET). The requirements for existing space or space to be modified are for about 3,600 square feet of existing net interior space with about 34 parking spaces. New lease construction space requirements are for about 3,600 square feet of net interior space and an ideal developable site size of about 62,100 square feet.
