Description

This solicitation is for parking of a total of twenty (20) Government vehicles for the US Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer District required for the period 01 January 2001 thru 30 September 2001 located at 26 Federal Plaza, NYC. This solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposals. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses will be included in the Request for Proposal. The NAICS CODE for this project is 812930 with a small business size standard of $5.0 million. This solicitation is set aside for SMALL BUSINESS firms. The terms of this contract shall be from 01 January 2001 through 30 September 2001. The parking spaces must be located within a five (5) block radius of Jacob Javits Federal Building at 26 Federal Plaza, NYC.Parking spaces must be accessible twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven days a week. The Government will award a contract resulting from the solicitation to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government. Offerors must submit their Representations and Certifications as part of their Request for Proposal. Hand carried proposals must be received in Room 1843 prior to 19 DEC 2000 at 4:00 P.M. Attention is directed to DFARS Clause 252.204-7004 required Central Contractor Registration (CCR) effective 01 June 99. Contractors must be in the CCR database. Lack of registration in CCR may render an offeror ineligible for award. Offerors must affirm, prior to award of the contract, that it is so registered.
