Description

This is a firm fixed price contract with a NAICS code of 23493. Competition for this acquisition is unrestricted, open to both large and small business concerns. The magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. Bonding will be required for this acquisition. This project is located at John Martin Dam, Caddoa County, Colorado and consist of a Monorail Crane Replacement. Project includes the replacement of a monorail crane assembly and associated catwalk for the John Martin Dam in Colorado. The project also includes the testing and possible replacement of several stop logs used in the dam, lead-based paint abatement, and the repair of stop logs. Plans will be issued on or about December 22, 2000 with bid opening on or about January 23, 2001. The cost of the plans and specifications is $25.00 per set and is non-refundable.
