Description

Project consists of cleaning and painting five existing bridges on National Forest land, Shasta Lake Ranger District, Shasta-Trinity National Forest, Shasta County, California. All the bridges identified for treatment have lead-bearing paints and will require certification by the USDA Forest Service. Solicitation consists of base bid of two bridges with three additive items depending on available funding. Price range is $250,000 to $500,000. Contract time is 120 calendar days with an estimated start date of May 1, 2001. A pre-bid tour is planned for a later date. The solicitation will show the date, time and place of the tour.
