Description

The following NSN is in accordance with drawings, 19200 11010205, Delivery 395 Days (includes 225 days for government first article delivery and first article test report) for Qtys Up To 48 Each, Add'l 24 Each Add 30 Days). Total estimated annual quantity 192 each (with 4 option years 768 each). Total estimated annual value: $223,731.84 (with 4 option years -- $1,118,659.20). The solicitation issue date is 010101(January 1, 2001). All responsible sources may submit a proposal which may be considered. (1) The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. (26) -- Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the describes supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item with 15 days of this notice. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. Copies of this solicitation are only available at the DSCC web site http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp and will not be available until the solicitation issue date. The internet web-site for access to drawings is http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp. Faxed requests for drawings will not be honored. The Small Business size standard is 1000 employees. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 5 years While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
