Description
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ), Hawthorne, CA, requires a source of supply for 111 Steel Lockers and 56 double tier lockers, Price to include installation and removal of old lockers as to customer specs described herein, Delivery 6 -- 8 weeks after receipt of order, FOB Destination. 111/ Steel Lockers to be 18" W X 18" D X 72"H, with 4" steel base, 22 gauge steel, 14 gauge single steel door, built in combination lock with master key, surface mounted, 2 steel shelves with reinforced steel undersides, in lower section, 12" apart, louver on bottom front only, coat rod across the top, with numbered plate on each locker, Customer has the choice of colors. The 56/ steel double tier lockers 12" W x 18" D x 36" H, with double tier, 4" base, 22 gauge steel, single door made of 14 gauge steel, built in combination lock with master key, surface mounted, louver on bottom front only of each tier, coat rod across the top of each tier, numbered plate on each locker, customer has the choice of colors.
