Description

US Army CECOM proposes to procure a guaranteed quantity of 400 each Night Vision Battery Housing Assembly, NSN: 5855-01-147-6024, P/O AN/PVS-5, with the initial delivery order. This effort is a firm-fixed price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five-year performance period, Invitation for Bid (IFB). First Article will be required. This acquisition is set aside for small business and award will be made to the responsive, responsible bidder with the lowest evaluated contract price, based upon ranged quantity average unit prices. Minimum monthly delivery is 60 each. The maximum estimated quantity to be awarded over five (5) years is 2000 each. Delivery schedule may be negotiated on an as required basis. Drawings are available on compact disc (CD) and only written, e-mail or faxed requests for the CD will be accepted. Delivery will be made to New Cumberland, PA and Stockton, CA. The US Army Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) Acquisition Center has established a World Wide Business Opportunity Page at http://abop.monmouth.army.mil, to provide electronic transmittal of Request for Proposals (RFPs), Invitation for Bids (IFBs) and Request for Quotes (RFQs) from Government to Industry.
