Sources Sought for Beret, Man's Black, Army. A definite response date has not been established for the receipt of offers. Therefore, a solicitation number has not been assigned. The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia is interested in potentially adding additional domestic producers for Beret, Man's Black (Army). Any such domestic producers may be in a position to be considered for follow on procurements or for any initial issue requirements we may be unable to fill from current contractors.
