Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Air Mobility Command (AMC), Scott Air Force Base is seeking quotes on a Integrated Presentation Control System in the CCR (3rd Floor, Bldg 1600, Scott Air Force Base IL. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote under the number FU050602900200. This solicitation is reserved as a small business set-aside. The associated standard industrial classification (SIC) code is 3861 and the NAICS code is 333315 -- small business size standard is 500 employees. The Statement of Work for requirement may be viewed at Atch 1. Offerors are required to submit a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification _ Commercial Items (Atch 2), along with their offer. To assure timely and equitable evaluation of offers, each offeror must complete and submit a technical proposal, Price proposal and Past Performance Information. Award of this acquisition will be based on Best Value to the Government and the evaluation criteria for award will be technically acceptable, price and past performance. The Government reserves the right not to award to the lowest quote. Price will be evaluated by the total of all items added together. Technical Proposal shall consist of manufacturers' technical specifications, literature, and brochures of items. Only technically acceptable offers will be considered for award. Past Performance will be evaluated on basis significantly more important, than, approximately equal to, or significantly less important than price considerations. Offerors will provide a list of three (3) of the most relevant, (like or similar) services performed for either the Federal Government or commercial customers within the last three years. The Instructions for Past Performance are in Atch 2. Wage Determination No: 1994-2309 Revision No. 20, dated 09/15/2000 (Atch 3) is applicable to this requirement. To assure timely and equitable evaluation of offers, each offeror must submit a completed copy of Representations and Certifications, Technical proposal (to include Manufacturers specifications, literature, and brochures), price proposal and past performance references. Contractors must be registered on the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award.
