Description

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has a requirement to develop a manual providing best practices and recommendations for controlling the frequency of pavement cuts to access or install utilities under the pavement of highway and streets. The solicitation, all related documents and amendments, if any, will only be released and available electronically through the Electronic Posting System (EPS)at http://www.eps.gov under the _EPS for Vendors_ option followed by selection of the _DOT_ Center. As such, no written, telephonic, facsimile or email requests for the solicitation package will be honored. Interested parties can register at the aforementioned site to receive procurement announcements by email. Since this solicitation will only be available electronically, it is the responsibility of interested parties to monitor the EPS website for any solicitation amendments . All responsible sources are encouraged to submit an offer. This solicitation is 100% set aside for Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 541330- Engineering Services (size standard- $4 million). The due date of the submission of proposals will be in the RFP.
