Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Avue Technologies for software and database support services related to Avue's proprietary products, Coho and Coho Casting. These are products that have already been procured from Avue and the VA believes that Avue is the sole provider of services related to these products. Any respondents to this announcement must demonstrate that they are capable of and have authority to provide the required services. Due to the compelling need for these services, responses to this announcement must be received by December 13, 2000. The determination to compete this requirement, based on the responses received, is solely within the discretion of the Government. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published.
