Description

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has a requirement for the development and documentation of _Pavement Profile Viewer Software._ The pavement profile viewer software will allow engineers to plot, view, and perform analysis of pavement profile data derived from inertial profilers. This pavement profile viewer may be a newly developed or a revised version of public-domain software "Roadruf", available from University of Michigan. The purpose of this software is to increase the utility of inertial profilers for pavement analysis and evaluation. The FHWA is seeking responsible offerors who can provide the services outlined in the solicitation. This requirement is set-aside 100% for Small Businesses. This is a Simplified Acquisition and award of a purchase order resulting form this solicitation will be made to the offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the government. Proposals will be due on January 2, 2001.
