J-Availability dates 02 Mar -- 01 Jun 01. Misc Work. Floats are 60'long 15'wide 4'6" deep, light vessel displacement approx 62,500 lbs.Sources who currently hold, or are qualified for and willing to enter into an Agreement for Boat Repair/Master Ship Repair Agreement DFAR (217.71) prior to award, may submit a bid which shall be considered by this agency. Firms which do not, possess an Agreement for Boat Repair/Master Ship Repair Agreement are ineligible for award unless adequate time exists to permit the navy to perform an assessment of their MSR application to execute the ABR/MSRA without impacting the vessel's availability dates.
