In accordance with FAR 9.2 and Public Law 98.525, this synopsis constitutes notice that the Air Force has established Qualification Requirements (QR's) for the overhaul of the following items: B1B OXYGEN SYSTEM (MSOGS) COMPONENTS; 1660-01-212-6399BO, PN 2348W000; 1660-99-726- 4735BO, PN 2349W080; 1660-99-726-4738BO, PN 2389W000; 1660-99-726-4739BO, PN2389W030; 1660-99-276-4740BO, PN 2389W040; 1660-99-783-4051BO, PN 2349W000; 4820-99-740-1368BO, PN 2349W020; 1660-99-726-2330BO, PN 2350W000; 1660-99-726-4743BO, PN 5142C000 AND 1660-99-795-3925BO, PN 2348W000-2. OXYGEN SYSTEM COMPONENTS ARE USED ONBOARD AIRCRAFT TO PROVIDE BREATHING OXYGEN TO THE CREWMEMBERS DURING CABIN PRESSURIZATION FAILURE. THIS IS NOT AN RFP. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT EXISTS. THE AIR FORCE DOES NOT POSSESS DATA REQUIRED FOR OVERHAUL OF THESE ITEMS.
