Description

The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, supplies, equipment, transportation, services, and facilities necessary to establish an unallocated account for approximately 339,653.189 troy ounces of palladium located at West Point, NY. The average quality of the palladium varies 99.900 % to 99.977 % in various forms. If required, upgrading of the palladium, shall be performed at no cost, and with no loss of metal, to the Government. The Defense National Stockpile Center anticipates awarding a contract to the quoter with the shortest length of time to establish the unallocated account.
