Description

Solicitation Notice: The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP), Federal Correctional Institution (FCI Elkton), located in Elkton, Ohio, requires dental assistant services for the inmate population. FCI Elkton will furnish all routinely needed dental assistant supplies, and all reports will remain property of FCI Elkton. The Contractor will perform sanitary and orderly clinical maintenance, abide by all infection control policies, provide chair-side assistance, clean and sterilize equipment, and operate the oral evacuator among other duties. The services will be performed at the FCI Elkton dental laboratory. The project involves work inside the secure perimeter of the Federal Correctional Institution. The performance period will be the base year and four option years. This is a small business set-aside, restricted to small businesses eligible to receive award. A security investigation/clearance is required. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit an offer that will be considered for award.
