Description

US Penitentiary, Lewisburg, PA, requires Pharmaceutical Technician Services. The action is a 100% set-aside for a very small business. Contract period will include a base period, not to exceed 6 months, and four 6 month option periods for renewal. Requirements will average 26 hours per week and shall not exceed 30 hours per week. Award will be made to the offeror found to be the best value to the government based on price and other than price related factors. Offeror shall meet the following qualifications as a minimum: certification of graduation from an accredited high school or equivalent; a resume or other documentation demonstrating previous training and/or experience in the area of pharmacy technician services; and three letters of recommendation or references from individuals within the pharmaceutical community who have knowledge of the individual's skills and abilities as a Pharmacy Technician. The RFQ will be available on December 28, 2000, and the date for receipt of quotes is scheduled for 1:00pm on January 17, 2001.
