Description

R -- This announcement serves as a notice of intent to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. The government intends to negotiate and award to Resource Management Associates for services to complete mathematical modeling services for analysis of the long-term impacts of Suisun Marsh levee breaches on Bay-Delta hydrodynamics and water quality for the Mid-Pacific Region. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $100,000. This notice will be the only official notice prior to award of the purchase order. The anticipated award date is December 22, 2000. All inquiries and concerns must be addressed in writing to the Contracting Officer at the US Bureau of Reclamation, Attn: MP-3810, 2800 Cottage Way, Room E-1815, Sacramento, Ca 95825. Inquiries shall be received by December 15, 2000.
