Description

This is a correction to a previously published synopsis no. 5077V1 November 30, 2000. National Communications System Scientific Engineering & Technical Assistance (NCS-SEATA) Final RFP. The location of the Pre-proposal Conference has been changed, and the time has been extended. The Pre-proposal Conference will be held at Henderson Hall Marine Corps Annex, Movie Theater Building, 1555 S. Southgate Rd., Arlington, VA 22214. Directions to the location are as follows: From Pentagon South Parking go west on Columbia Pike a short distance and then right on Southgate Road. Henderson Hall Gate #3, will be on your right. The movie theater is the first building on the left, just inside of the gate. Time of conference is changed to 12:00 noon to 5:00 PM.
