- Description
- Single award, one year term contract for the Defense Automated Printing Service, Portsmouth, VA; Norfolk, VA; and Jacksonville, FL; for the procurement of the Metal and Plastic Labels Plates and Wooden Plaques. Orders will be placed daily by the Portsmouth, VA office (approximately 90%), and up to twenty a month from the other two offices combined. The contract specifications cover the silk-screening and engraving of various types of metal and plastic identification and/or informational label plates, cut vinyl letters and wooden plaques. Approximately 5% of the orders will require delivery within 4 hours, 10% within one days, 50% within 3 days and the balance within 10 days. The contract requires such operations as engraving and silk-screening in up to 5 colors, round corning, die cutting pick up and delivering to the three offices.
