Description
This project consists of all materials, labor, and equipment to complete the construction of the Visitor center at Perry's Victory and International Peace Memorial, Put-in-Bay, Ohio. The work consists of constructing a 4,800 square foot visitor center with covered porched (single story wood frame structure with crawl space). The building is classified by BOCA as Use Group A and is Type 5B construction. Roofing is asphalt shingles over wood trusses. Interior is veneer plaster walls with partitions to form a meeting room and restrooms. This project includes plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and fire suppression systems. The project is located within the Village of Put-in-Bay on South Bass Island and includes site grading, utilities, site lighting and paving. The Solicitation Number is I6068010015. The North American industry Classification (NAICS) Number is 233320 with a size standard of $27.5 million. Magnitude of this project is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000.
