Description

This synopsis modifies the previous synopsis as follows: This solicitation is now restricted to ALL eligible SBA certified 8(a) contractors with a bona fide place of business within the geographical boundaries of Puerto Rico. The previous requirement for only 8(a) firms in the Developmental stage of program participation is deleted. This procurement is to competitively negotiate a maximum of three (3) term contracts to perform miscellaneous construction projects at GSA owned and leased properties located in Puerto Rico. The contract(s) will be for an initial one year period commencing upon award and will include a Government option to extend the term of the contract for four (4) additional one year periods. Delivery Orders for individual projects will be placed when a need arises. Solicitation documents will be available approximately December 19, 2000. Interested eligible 8(a) offerors are encouraged to request a copy of the solicitation as expediously as possible since the solicitation will be issued without further notice.
