Description

Provide all labor, personnel, supervision, administration, materials, equipment, tools, and transportation necessary to provide Maintenance of Family Housing Quarters, Troop/Bachelor Officer Quarters (BOQ) (Occupied and Unoccupied), Appliance Service Order work, Operation of Self-Help Store and limited Grounds Maintenance at Forts Richardson and Wainwright, Alaska; and the 801 Off-Post Housing located in Fairbanks, Alaska. The Small Business Administration (SBA) reference number is 7700-01-100440, the NAICS code is 561210; and the Small Business Size Standard is $20,000,000.00. The Request for Proposals is 100% set-aside for the SBA Competitive 8(a) Program. Offers from all responsible and eligible 8(a) sources registered with the Small Business Administration will be considered by this Agency. There are no geographical restrictions associated with this acquisition. It is contemplated that the proposed contract will be a firm-fixed price requirements contract for a 1-year base period and four (4) one-year option periods. The magnitude of this solicitation is more than $10,000,000.00. The solicitation is expected to be issued in early February 2001 and at that time will be available for download via the following Internet site: http://www.usarak.army.mil/doc/contracts.htm. A planholders list will also be maintained and posted on this site.
